1 YEAR WARRANTY
1 year warranty covers the following parts of the Kubiq kitchen and wardrobe systems: cabinet frames, door fronts, shelves made of melamine, décor or end panel, worktop and wall seal.
The 1 year warranty also covers the following accessories: soft close drawer runners, baskets and hinge dumper.
HPL WORKTOP
This warranty does not apply for worktops that are less than 38mm thick if the products have been used in a corrosive environment.
SOLID SURFACE WORKTOP
No warranty on solid surface worktop.
WHAT WILL KUBIQ DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM?
Kubiq will examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this warranty. Kubiq will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product, provided that the product is accessible for repair. Any defected parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of Kubiq.
If the item is discontinued, Kubiq will provide an appropriate replacement. Kubiq will decide at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.
Kubiq will decide at its discretion whether a replacement part is to be delivered by our delivery team or to be picked up by the customer.
Kubiq reserves the right to correct price errors or misprints and advices that interruptions in supply may occur.

CONDITIONS FOR THE WARRANTY
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase at Kubiq. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. This warranty applies to domestic kitchen use only.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
The warranty does not apply if products have been place outdoors or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated).
The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. The warranty is to the bene¬t of the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferable. Knobs and handle are not covered under this warranty.
